Slovenian listed-issuer disclosure is supervised by the Agency for the Securities Market (ATVP / Agencija za trg vrednostnih papirjev) under the EU Transparency Directive as transposed into Slovenian law. Regulated information is filed with the ATVP and published through the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), which is part of the Euronext group following Euronext's 2021 acquisition. Annual reports must be filed in iXBRL under the EU ESEF mandate alongside the PDF; the ATVP enforces the standard EU timeline, with the Euronext acquisition facilitating technical alignment with the broader Euronext disclosure infrastructure.

The LJSE lists approximately 30 equities and instruments on its regulated market. The SBI TOP index (currently 10 to 15 constituents) is the primary institutional benchmark. Fiscal years follow the calendar year universally. Annual reports (letna poročila) land between March and late April; half-year reports follow EU timing. Primary languages are Slovenian and English; larger issuers publish in both, while smaller companies may file in Slovenian only. Accounting follows IFRS for listed consolidated groups.
