Variazione del Calendario degli eventi societari

Torino (TO), 29 maggio 2026 - OSAI Automation System S.p.A. S.B. (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori (la "Società" o "Osai"), rende noto che, a parziale variazione di quanto indicato nel calendario degli eventi societari diffuso in data 13 maggio 2026, la data della:

• riunione consiliare per l'approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale consolidata al 30 giugno 2025 è stata posticipata al 5 giugno 2026;

Tale rinvio si rende necessario al fine di consentire al nuovo team di lavoro della medesima Società di revisione legale (BDO Audit Services) di completare le proprie attività di verifica.

Si riporta di seguito il calendario degli eventi societari dell'esercizio 2026 aggiornato:

Change to the Corporate Events Calendar

Turin, May 29th, 2026 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. SB (Ticker OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces that, as a partial amendment to the corporate events calendar published on 13 March 2026, the date of:

• Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the half-year financial report consolidated as at 30 June 2025 has been postponed to 5 June 2026;

This postponement is necessary to allow the new team from the same auditing firm (BDO Audit Services) to complete its audit work.

The updated calendar of corporate events for the 2026 financial year is set out below:
