Sub: The upcoming Board Meeting of the Company and Trading Window Closure pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sirs,

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 27[th] April, 2022 to consider, inter-alia , the standalone and consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and the financial year ending on 31[st] March, 2022 and dividend, if any.

In view of the above and pursuant to the Company’s ‘Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading and to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and Designated Persons’, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the period from 1[st] April, 2022 to 29[th] April, 2022 (both days inclusive). Hence, all Designated Persons and their dependent immediate relatives shall not trade or deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of Company’s securities during the aforesaid period when the Trading Window shall remain closed. However, exercise of stock options during the trading window closure period as aforesaid is permitted.
