Subject: Notice of the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company and Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26

We are pleased to inform you that the 27th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on Thursday, 23rd July, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC")/ Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM"). In compliance with Regulation 36(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015, as amended ("Listing Regulations"), electronic copies of the Notice convening the AGM along with Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 has been sent via email to all the shareholder(s) whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/ Registrar and Transfer Agent ("RTA")/ Depository Participant(s).

As per the records available with the Company and/or its RTA, your email address is not registered against your Demat Account / Folio No. or is invalid. Therefore, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, we are sending you this letter to inform you that, the Notice of the 27th AGM and Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 can be accessed through web-link and QR code as given below.

Mandatory KYC

In terms of SEBI Master Circular No. HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026 dated 6th February 2026, (as amended from time to time) physical security holders are mandated to furnish to the Company/ RTA their PAN, nomination, contact details (postal address with PIN, mobile number & E-mail address), bank account details (bank name & branch, bank account number and IFSC code) and specimen signature ('mandatory KYC') for their corresponding folio numbers. Further, any payment including dividend, interest or redemption amount in respect of such folios, will be made only through electronic mode.

Accordingly, members holding shares in physical form are requested to complete the mandatory KYC by sending a request along with duly signed Form ISR-1 and other relevant forms to KFin at the E-mail ID/ address mentioned above.
