Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations") - Outcome of Board Meeting & Intimation of Revised Record Date.

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, April 07, 2026 inter alia, considered and approved the:
- I) Revision of the Record date, due to prevailing unfavourable market conditions, to Friday, 15th May, 2026 from Friday, 10th April, 2026 for the purpose of ascertaining the holders of partly paid-up equity shares to whom the First and Final call notice would be sent.
- II) Revision of Call Payment Period-Open on Monday, June 8, 2026 and close on Monday, June 22, 2026 (both days inclusive) instead of Call Payment Period-Open on Monday, May 4, 2026 and close on Monday, May 18, 2026.
- III) Accepted the resignation tendered by Mrs. Shwetambery Khurana (ICSI Membership No. A22840), vide resignation letter dated 7th April, 2026, from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, with effect from the closure of working hours on 30th April, 2026.
The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024 along with Resignation Letter, with respect to resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer are enclosed as Annexure A.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 5:00 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 5.30 p.m. (IST).
