The 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of WSFS FINANCIAL CORPORATION will be held virtually on May 14, 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT. As a Registered Holder, you may vote your shares at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders by first registering at https://web.viewproxy.com/wsfs/2026 and then using your Control Number below. Your registration must be received by 11:59 PM EDT on May 11, 2026.
