We, Mr. Azim Hasham Premji Partner Representing Hasham Traders, (the “Seller”) wish to intimate you that 10,62,79,402 equity shares of Wipro Limited (“Company”) held by us, amounting to 1.07% of the share capital of the Company were accepted in the buyback conducted by the Company (the “Buyback”). The tendering period of the Buyback was from June 11, 2026 to June 17, 2026.
We enclose with this letter as Annexure A hereto, a disclosure of the change in our shareholding in the Company, pursuant to the Buyback.
