Further Extension of Key Dates in Rights Issue
Further to the announcement of 11 March 2014, Fraser Range Metals Group Limited ( Fraser Range or the Company ) advises that its correspondence with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission ( ASIC ) in relation to the Company’s nonrenounceable pro-rata rights issue ( Rights Issue ) remains ongoing. To enable sufficient time for conclusion of these discussions, the key dates for the Rights Issue have been extended by a further period of one week.
The amended timetable of the Rights Issue is as follows:
