Pursuant to ASIC Corporations (ASX-listed Schemes On-market Buy-backs) Instrument 2016/1159, the following information is provided:
(a) VER Limited, the responsible entity of Waypoint REIT Trust, does not hold any interest in Waypoint REIT stapled securities. (b) Associates of VER Limited hold 330,273 restricted Waypoint REIT stapled securities and 211,148 unrestricted stapled securities. (c) Any Waypoint REIT stapled securities bought back will be funded by existing cash and debt facilities.
