Further to our letter dated July 8, 2019 on the subject, we would like to inform you that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench vide its order dated February 18, 2020 has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Vodafone India Digital Limited and Idea Telesystems Limited (wholly owned subsidiaries) with Vodafone Idea Limited ('the Company').

Further, upon receipt of the certified copy of the aforesaid order and filing thereof with the Registrar of Companies, Vodafone India Digital Limited and Idea Telesystems Limited stand amalgamated with the Company with an Appointed Date of 1 April 2019.
