With reference to the captioned subject, we hereby inform that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 27th May 2026 at 3rd Floor, Ason Vista, Iscon Ambli Road, Ahmedabad-380058 of the Company to transact, apart from other Agenda items, the following businesses:

1. To consider and approve the Annual Audited Standalone and Consolidated Results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter/year ended on 31st March 2026.
2. To recommend dividend, if any, on 71,87,830 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the FY 2025-26.

The notice is being submitted pursuant to regulations 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
