Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that Company Secretary Ajinkya Jain (ACS-33261) vide his letter dated 6[th] December, 2024 has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company due to personal reasons and commitments with effect from closing of business hours on 6[th] December, 2024.
The Company places on record its appreciation for his contributions during his tenure with the Company. The Company is in the process of filling the resultant vacancy, and details about the successor will be intimated as and when the appointment is made.
Further, the information required in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular dated 13[th] July 2023 is enclosed as ‘Annexure-A’
