*ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition*

On November 4, 2015, Trinseo S.A., a public limited liability company ( société anonyme ) existing under the laws of Luxembourg (the “ Company ”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The Company intends to hold an investor call and webcast to discuss these results on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 10 AM Eastern Time. A copy of the presentation materials, which will be discussed on the call, is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
