Sub: Intimation of closure of Trading Window
Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday 1 July 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2026.
Accordingly, all the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other Insiders of the Company are advised not to deal in the Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period. The trading window shall be opened 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the said results of the Company are declared and disseminated to the Stock Exchanges.
