SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/25 and Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations, we hereby inform that Ms. Neha Sharma, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has tendered her resignation for the reasons mentioned in the resignation letter and ceased to be Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company effective from closing business hours of Thursday, April 16, 2026 upon completion of the requisite notice period. The resignation letter is enclosed herewith as Annexure 2.
The requisite disclosure as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI updated master circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.
