Subject: Intimation of allotment of fully paid up shares issued on Rights basis and sending of reminder to pending shareholders for payment of First and Final call money

We hereby inform you that upon closure of the call money period on 3rd July, 2026, pertaining to the partly paid up shares allotted on Rights basis on 9th April, 2026, we have received the first and final call money from the eligible shareholders and after reconciliation of the money received, the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors (‘the Committee’) at its meeting held today, i.e., 9th July, 2026 (concluded at 12.45 pm.) have approved the allotment of fully paid up shares to the eligible shareholders.

Further, the Committee have also approved sending of reminders to the pending shareholders who have not yet paid the first and final call money and that the said call money would be accepted through Non-ASBA mode only. The period of the reminder for payment of the call money would be intimated to the stock exchange in due course.
