The Company announced an amendment to the $525,000 Private Placement at $0.075 per unit with each unit having one treasury share and one two year warrant exercisable at $0.10 in the first year and/or $0.15 in the second year.

TERYL RESOURCES AMENDS PRIVATE PLACEMENT FOR $525,000

For Immediate Release: July 2, 2009, Vancouver, B.C. – Teryl Resources Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange: TRC.V, OTCBB: TRYLF) amends the $525,000 Private Placement at $0.075 per unit with each unit having one treasury share and one two year warrant exercisable at $0.10 in the first year and/or $0.15 in the second year.

With interests in four gold properties, Teryl Resources Corp. is one of the main landowners in the Fairbanks Mining District, Alaska. The Gil project is a joint venture with Kinross Gold Corporation (TSX: K; NYSE: KGC) (80% Kinross/20% Teryl). To date USD$7.5 million has been expended on exploration by Kinross and Teryl on the Gil joint venture claims. A USD$1.6 million budget has been approved for 2009 to draft test several gold anomolies on the Gil Claims.
