2024 Annual General Meeting
Temple & Webster (ASX: TPW), advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 28 October 2024 at 11.00am AEDT.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1 the Company advises that the closing date for receipt of nominations of persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 5.00pm on Friday 6 September 2024.
The Notice of Meeting containing details of how to attend and vote at the AGM will be provided in due course.
