In accordance with the information filed on December 3, 2009, and once the relevant regulatory authorisations have been obtained, TELEFÓNICA, through its subsidiary TELEFONICA DEUTSCHLAND GmbH, has completed today the acquisition of the German telecommunications operator HANSENET TELEKOMMUNIKATION GmbH.
