Techstep ASA: Managed mobility services agreement with Equinor

Techstep ASA ("Techstep") is pleased to announce that it has signed a renewed

agreement with Equinor ASA for the delivery of managed mobility services.

Under the agreement, Techstep will continue to develop, manage, operate and

support Equinor's mobile device estate, consisting of approximately 40,000 iOS

devices. The services include software, consulting, lifecycle management, and

24/7 support, ensuring secure and compliant device operations across Equinor's

organization.

The renewed agreement covers all existing service components and reflects a

continued strong partnership between the parties, with a significant share of

recurring managed services revenues alongside software and consulting.
