TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the international wealth, asset management and financial services group, announces that it was today informed that Mark Clubb, Executive Chairman, has purchased, in aggregate, 117,061 ordinary shares in the Company, as detailed below:

-     115,917 ordinary shares purchased at a price of 16.90 pence per share on 30 June 2026; and

-     1,144 ordinary shares purchased at a price of 16.75 pence per share on 1 July 2026.

Following these purchase Mr Clubb now holds 4,905,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.27% of the Company's current issued share capital.
