TALGA SENIOR MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENT AND OFFICER CHANGES

Perth based technology materials developer, Talga Resources Limited (“Talga”) (ASX: “TLG”) advises that Ms Lisa Wynne has resigned as Company Secretary due to other work commitments. The Board would like to thank Lisa for her outstanding service and contribution to the Company.

Talga is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr Dean Scarparolo as Company Secretary effective today, 5[th] February 2015. Mr Scarparolo, who will also assume the role of full time Financial Controller, is a member of CPA Australia and has a wealth of experience developing and managing the finance departments of ASX listed companies within the resources sector. The Board welcomes Dean to the growing Talga team.
