Please be informed that the Power of attorney form is unavailable for the meeting of the Extraordinary general assembly of the Tabuk Agricultural Development Company, because the meeting will be through the means of modern technology remotely.
Shareholders registered in the Tadawulaty service can participate in the Extraordinary General Assembly by electronic voting using the Tadawulaty platform. Note that registration in Tadawulaty service and voting is free of charge for all shareholders.
