In compliance with the Regulations 29 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 through video conference to consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months period ended 31[st] December, 2022.

As informed earlier, the Trading Window, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code for Prevention of Insider Trading, is closed from 1st January, 2023 and would re-open after 48 hours from the date of announcement / declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months period ended 31[st] December, 2022, i.e. on 11th February, 2023.
