The Inspector of Elections has informed us that more than 50% of the outstanding shares entitled to vote at this meeting are present in person or by proxy. Based on this report, I declare that a quorum is present and that this meeting is qualified to proceed with the business before us. We will now present and conduct the voting on the business matters to come before this meeting. For stockholders of record, you may vote by clicking the Vote Here button. For stockholders who own shares through a broker, you will need to vote as directed by your broker. If you have already sent or given a written proxy, or if you have voted over the telephone or internet, you do not need to vote at this time unless you wish to revoke your written proxy or prior vote. The polls are now open but will close as soon as all of the proposals are presented. The first item of business is the election of 13 directors of our board of directors to serve for one year until our 2027 annual meeting of stockholders, and their successors are elected and qualified. As described in the proxy statement, our board of directors has nominated the following individuals for election: Marcelo Claure, Thomas Dannenfeldt, Srikant Datar, Srini Gopalan, Timotheus Höttges, Christian Illek, James Kavanaugh, Raphael Kübler, Thorsten Langheim, Dominique Leroy, c Mike Sievert, and Teresa Taylor. There are no other items to consider at the meeting. The board of directors recommends a vote for each of the director nominees, for proposal two and for proposal three. Management has delivered its ballot to the Inspector of Elections to vote as directed by the stockholders. Those shares represented at this meeting by proxy. There being no other matters to come before the meeting, voting is now completed. I declare the polls for voting are now closed at 8:06 A.M., Pacific Daylight Time on June 16, 2026. Based on the preliminary tabulations from the Inspector of Elections, we are happy to announce that all of the director nominees standing for elections were elected and the appointment of Deloitte & Touche as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the 2026 fiscal year has been ratified. The advisory vote to approve the compensation provided to the company's named executives officers for 2025 has been approved. We will report final voting results on a formal 8-K to be filed with the SEC. As there is no other formal business to address, I declare that the meeting is hereby adjourned. I will now turn the meeting over to Srini Gopalan, our President and Chief Executive Officer. Thanks, Tim, and welcome everyone. It's a privilege to be here with you today. 2025, another outstanding year from T-Mobile, delivering industry-leading customer growth and successfully translating that into strong and profitable financial growth. We added $1.2 million net postpaid accounts, expanded postpaid average revenue per account, or ARPA, by 3.6%, and grew our customer base to more than 142 million. We delivered $71.3 billion in service revenues, growing at a rate of nearly eight times that of our closest wireless competitors. Generated $18 billion in free cash flow and returned $14 billion to stockholders. The great news is this momentum is continuing into Q1, where we grew ARPA by 3.9% and added 217,000 net postpaid accounts. What lies behind all of this exceptional performance? The heart of why we're able to consistently deliver is the fact that we're the one place where you get best network, best value, and best experience, all three at the same time. Our customers do not have to make any trade-offs. In 2025, we saw a watershed moment on the network for T-Mobile. Ookla Speedtest confirms something that we've all known for some time. T-Mobile has America's best network, and that is driving massive momentum of new switchers and new customers coming to us. The Un-carrier has always been synonymous with value, and we've strengthened this position even further. Today we stand not just for the best value on free phones, but for the best value every day that you're a customer with us. What is unmatchable with us is the experience. That shows up with a net promoter score of 45, which is nearly 20% higher than our closest competitors. That is only getting better every day, especially with T Life. We concluded 2025 with more than 24 million monthly active users on T Life, our ambition is to go further still. In summary, we won't stop, and the best is yet to come. Thank you, Tim. Thank you, Srini. We will now open the meeting for Q&A. Stockholders who wish to ask a question may submit one in writing as directed on the annual meeting website. Srini will now moderate the Q&A session. Okay. Thank you, Tim. There are no stockholder questions at this virtual meeting. I think we can move to the conclusion of the meeting, Tim. Good. Our program for the day has concluded. Thank you all for attending the company's virtual annual meeting of stockholders and for your continued support of the company. We appreciate the ongoing engagement by our stockholders. We look forward to speaking with you all next year. I wish you all the best. The conference has now concluded. Thank you for attending today's presentation. You may now disconnect.
