Celtex Ltd implements new business model “The Ausmusic Centre” to enhance Ausmusic core business and is expected to produce A$ 100 million dollar turnover over the next 5 years.
The Board of Directors of Celtex Ltd with immediate effect will implement a business model for Ausmusic Ltd (a 100% owned subsidiary) to deliver to the Celtex Group an anticipated turnover of A$100 million dollars over the next 5 years in its education business.
The education business model, which we propose to offer nationally will commence on or before September 2008 and will incorporate the strong business relationships we have established over the years with media and music industry leaders.
This strategy will ensure an expansion of our education business throughout Australia for years to come and has the potential to be a music / media revolution for education and the industry generally.
Ausmusic Ltd who already provides curriculum and other services to schools throughout Australia has a state wide student database of 3,500 students and 250,000 students nation wide.
Over the last six months Celtex Ltd executives have created this new business model designed to enhance our core education business which we have branded “The Ausmusic Centre”.
The “The Ausmusic Centre” offers a fully funded total turnkey solution for music/video production in schools and will be offered to all 6,000 schools around Australia with the potential to build Ausmusic’s database to 1 million student’s nation wide.
Celtex Ltd expects a national uptake of 50% of the total schools within Australia and estimates the business could be worth A$100 million dollars.

Celtex Ltd has been negotiating with various banks regarding the funding requirements for this project and has received encouraging support for our business and financial model.
A number of schools have already expressed an interest to work immediately with Ausmusic to establish “The Ausmusic Centres” with the first schools set to adopt the “The Ausmusic Centre” program on or before September 2008.
The Directors of Celtex Ltd have put considerable time and resources into this new program and have substantially tested the viability of the model for Australian conditions.
Currently Celtex Ltd is modifying and culturalising the model to eventually offer the program to the Asian region.
As the program is rolled out throughout Australia and under the “continual disclosure rules” further announcements will be made to keep the market updated as to the progress.
Finally, the Company would thank all its dedicated and committed shareholders for their continued support and the directors of Celtex Ltd will continue to work in the best interest of shareholders and strive to deliver a company of significant worth for the future.
Yours sincerely,
Ken Roberts
