This is to inform that in pursuance of the approval granted by the shareholders of the Company at the 39"* Annual General Meeting held on 22" July 2021, the Company has made an application to BSE Limited on 29" July 2021 seeking re-classification of Mr.Sathpurushan Veluswamy from "Promoter Group" category to "Public" Category in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The Company will keep the stock exchange informed in relation to the Reclassification Application in accordance with the SEB! (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
