I have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and other documents relating to Sunrise Industrial Traders Limited (CIN – L67120MH1972PLC015871) maintained by M/s. KFIN Technologies Private Limited, the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) appointed by the Company pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the company for the period from 1st April, 2021 to 30th September, 2021 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per Regulation 40(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Listing Agreement entered into by Sunrise Industrial Traders Limited with the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and based on the information provided by the Company, I hereby certify as under for the half year ended on 30th September, 2021:

A) During the period from 1st April, 2021 to 30th September, 2021, the Company has not received any requests for sub-division, duplicate shares, consolidation and exchange and there is no endorsement of calls / allotment monies.

Further, during the period from 1st April, 2021 to 30th September, 2021, the Company have not received any request for transfer or transmission of shares.
