This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Summit Bank Limited ('the Bank') will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Executive Board Room, 9th Floor, Summit Tower (Head Office), Block 2, Clifton, Karachi to consider and approve the quarterly financial statements of the Bank for the period ended September 30, 2023.

The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from October 20, 2023 to October 27, 2023 (both days inclusive) as required under clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TREC Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
