Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMDl/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019[SEBI Circular], we wish to inform you that Mis. Lodha & Company, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No: 301051E), have expressed their ineligibility to continue as statutory auditors of the Company and have submitted their resignation as Statutory Auditors of the Company considering the applicability of the recently released RBI Circular dated April 27, 2021 on "Guidelines for appointment of Statutory Central Auditors (SCAs)/Statutory Auditors of Commercial Banks, UCB and NBFCs (including HFCs).

Details as required to be submitted pursuant to the abovementioned SEBI Circular, as received from the auditors of the Company is attached herewith.

4	Detailed reasons for resignation	Pursuant to RBI Circular No.DoS.CO.ARG/SEC.01/08.91.001/2021- 22 dated April 27, 2021, we have reached the maximum limit for the number of audits to be undertaken in the current year. Hence, we will not be able to continue as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2021-22.
