Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended ("SEBI PIT 201 5") and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, it is hereby notified that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from January I, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021.

Further, we wish to inform that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed during the period from the end of every quarter/year ti ll the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration or quarterly/yearly financial results of the Company, as prescribed under the SEBI PIT 2015.
