Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company has received an order in appellate capacity from the Commissioner (Appeals), CGST & Central Excise, Bhopal (M.P.) upholding the impugned order BHO-GST(C)-001-APP-10 to 33-2025-26 dated 30.04.2026 passed by Additional Commissioner, CGST & Central Excise, Bhopal imposing a penalty of ₹ 4,62,780/- (Rupees Four Lakh Sixty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty only) under Section 122(1)(ii) and penalty of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) under Section 122(3)(a) of CGST Act, 2017 in connection with passing on of Input Tax Credit.
The details as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 are as follows:
