In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the "Listing Regulations") read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Members at their Annual General meeting held today i.e. June 30, 2026, inter alia, approved reappointment of Mr. Kartik Bharat Ram (DIN: 00008557) as Joint Managing Director for a further term starting from June 01, 2026 upto March 31, 2031 (both days inclusive).
Details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure A.

He is also serving on the Board of the listed Companies like KAMA Holdings Limited and Kalyani Steels Limited. As Joint MD, he is involved in the creation and strengthening of a performance-based culture within the organization, through value-based leadership.
