Reference is made to the stock exchange notice made by Smartoptics Group AS (the

"Company") on March 2024 regarding issuance of new shares in connection with the

exercise of employee options with a strike price of NOK 12.97 per share. The

following primary insiders of the Company have subscribed for new shares in the

aforementioned share issue:

· Magnus Grenfeldt: 578 021 shares

· Kent Lidström: 216 758 shares

· Per Burman: 144 506 shares
