Communiqué from the Annual General Meeting 2024 of Skanska Financial Services AB (publ)

In accordance with the Board of Directors' proposal, the Annual General Meeting in Skanska Financial Services AB (publ) on April 8, 2024 resolved to pay a dividend to the sole shareholder Skanska AB (publ) of SEK 150M, equivalent to SEK 300 per share.

The payment date for the dividend was set to April 8, 2024.
