Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for Designated Persons viz. Directors, Promoters, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected persons, including their immediate relatives and Material Subsidiary of the Company commencing from 01st July, 2026 till the announcement/declaration to the Stock Exchange of the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 and 48 hours thereafter.

This is further informed that the Company has also complied with the requirements of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-SEC-4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August 5, 2022 and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, regarding Trading Window Closure period under Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (“PIT Regulations”) framework for restricting trading by Designated Persons (“DPs”) by freezing PAN at security level.

The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for announcement/declaration to the Stock Exchange of Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 will be intimated in due course.

Subject: CLOSURE OF TRADING WINDOW

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE circular No.LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and Company's Internal Code of Procedure and Conduct, all Designated Persons, Connected persons including their immediate relatives and Material Subsidiary of the Company may deal in the Shares of the Company on any working day during the trading hours as prescribed by the Stock Exchange (this shall be called as the "Trading window") except during the closure of Trading Window.

The window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain close from 01st July, 2026 till the announcement/declaration to the Stock Exchange of Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 and 48 hours thereafter.

All Designated Persons, Connected persons including their immediate relatives and Material Subsidiary of the Company are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during this Closure of Trading Window period.

The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results and other matters, if any of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
