Sub: Resumption of Operations - Intimation under Reg. 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

We refer our letter dated 23[rd] March,2020 informing about closure of operations due to COVID -19 pandemic.

In continuation to the above, we wish to inform you that we are resuming operations today (6[th] May,2020) with 50% manpower after obtaining requisite permission from the Government Authorities.

We further wish to reiterate that health, safety and well-being of our employees and other stakeholders continues to be our top priority and we are taking the necessary precautionary hygiene and safety measures in this regard.
