The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will remain close from Monday, the 16* day of September, ²⁰¹⁹ to Monday, the 23rd day of SeptembEr, ²⁰¹⁹ (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held onSeptember 23, 2019.

This is to further inform you that in compliance with the provisions of Section ¹⁰⁸ of the Companies Act, ²⁰¹³ read with Rule ²⁰ of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, ²⁰¹⁴ and as amended from time to time, Regulation ⁴⁴ of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement ) Regulation, ²⁰¹⁵ and Secretarial Standard on General Meeting (552) issued by The institute of company Secretaries of India, the Company is pleased to provide the Members, facility to exercise their right to vote at the 32m AGM by electronic means and the business may be transacted through e-Voting Services provided by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL),

The voting period begins on September 20, ²⁰¹⁹ (10,00 A.M) and ends on September 22, ²⁰¹⁹ (5.00 P.M.). During this period members of the Company, holding shara either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date (relevant date) of Septen'flver 13, 2019, may cast their vote electronically. The e-vou'ng module shall be disabled by CDSL for voting thereafter. Consequently, the same cut-off date of September 13, ²⁰¹⁹ will also record the end ^v - ent of the shareholders, who do not cast their vote electronically, to cast their vote 1v - - General Meeting on 23m September, 2019.
