Transaction in own shares
Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that, on 12 September 2024, it purchased 10,000 of its 1 pence ordinary shares at an average price of 485.0 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 485.0 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 485.0 pence. The Company purchased these shares through Liberum Capital Limited.
The number of shares purchased represented 0.02% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the purchase. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.
