Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that it has been notified by Daniel Edwards, Group Managing Director of the Company that on 25 March 2025 he purchased 6,667 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 425 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Daniel Edwards has an interest in 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company (being approximately 0.22% of the issued share capital excluding treasury shares).
