CLOSURE OF STATUTORY NEGOTIATIONS AT SIEVI PLANT OF SCANFIL PLC’S SUBSIDIARY SCANFIL EMS OY

CLOSURE OF STATUTORY NEGOTIATIONS AT SIEVI PLANT OF SCANFIL PLC'S SUBSIDIARY SCANFIL EMS OY Scanfil plc's subsidiary Scanfil EMS Oy's statutory negotiations that started on 22 October 2014 at Sievi plant have ended. Based on the results of the negotiations, Scanfil EMS Oy has decided that besides arrangements of working hours and annual holidays in December 2014, temporary lay-offs concern not more than 45 persons at a time for maximum of 90 days per person during January and April 2015.
