Power of Attorney Form

Dear Shareholders of Saudi Printing & Packaging Company

Saudi Printing & Packaging Company would like to inform that the power of attorney form is not available as the General Assembly Meeting will be held remotely via modern technology means.

This is to ensure the safety of participants in the capital market in line with the preventive and precautionary efforts and measures taken by the competent and relevant health authorities to minimize the spread of corona virus (COVID-19), and the efforts made by all government agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to take the necessary preventive measures to prevent its spread.

Accordingly, the General Assembly Meeting will be held remotely via modern technology means, and we invite all shareholders of the Saudi Printing & Packaging Company to use remote electronic voting via the website of Tadawulaty Service:

Note that registration in the Tadawulaty service and voting is available free of charge to all shareholders.

وبناءً عليه سيتم عقد اجتماع الجمعية العامة العادية بمشيئة الله تعالى عن طريق وسائل التقنية الحديثة، وندعو جميع مساهمي الشركة السعودية للطباعة والتغليف إلى استخدام التصويت الالكتروني عن بعد وذلك عبر الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بخدمة تداولاتي:
