Please note that, the proxy form will not be available here, as Saudi Ceramic Company's General Assembly Meeting, shall be held remotely online via means of modern technology, to ensure the safety of the shareholders at the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). This is as part of the efforts to support the precautionary and preventive measures by the competent and relevant health authorities to address the emerging Corona virus (COVID-19.) It is an extension of the continuous efforts that have been made by all government authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by taking the necessary preventive measures to avoid its spreading. The voting shall be held via means of modern technology using Tadawulaty services. The registration using Tadawulaty services is available free of charge for all Shareholders.

نحيطكم علماً، بأن نموذج التوكيل غير متاح، حيث سيتم الإكتفاء بعقد الجمعية العامة لشركة الخزف السعودية عبر وسائل التقنية الحديثة عن بعد، وذلك حرصاً على سلامة المساهمين في السوق المالية وضمن دعم الجهود والإجراءات الوقائية والاحترازية من قبل الجهات المختصة وذات العلاقة للتصدي لفايروس كورونا COVID-19 وامتداداً للجهود المتواصلة التي تبذلها كافة الجهات الحكومية في المملكة العربية السعودية في اتخاذ التدابير الوقائية اللازمة لمنع انتشاره، فسوف يكون التصويت في جمعية شركة الخزف السعودية عن طريق وسائل التقنية الحديثة باستخدام منظومة تداولاتي، علماً بأن التسجيل في خدمة تداولاتي متاح مجاناً لجميع المساهمين.
