SUB: Outcome of Board Meeting - Allotment of Bonus Equity Shares

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. February 03, 2024 has approved the allotment of 126,28,21,120 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each by way of bonus issue to such members whose names have appeared in the Register of Members as on February 01, 2024, being the Record Date fixed for the said purpose, in the proportion of 4:1 i.e. 4 (Four) new fully paidup Equity Share of Re. 1/- each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up Equity Share of Re. 1/- each held by them.

Consequent to said above allotment the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company would be increased from Rs. 31,57,05,280/- to Rs. 157,85,26,400/-

The new Bonus Equity shares allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing Equity Shares in the Company. The requisite compliances with respect to credit of Bonus Equity Shares in the demat accounts of the Shareholders shall be completed in due course.
