We request you to refer our letter No. SFL:BM4:081:2021-22 dated 24th August 2021 regarding the intimation made to the Stock Exchange about the Board meeting which was scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 31st August 2021 to consider and approve, among other things, Issue of Secured / Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures and other Debt Securities on Private Placement basis, within the overall borrowing limits of the Company.

In this regard, we wish to inform the Exchange that the Board Meeting which was scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 31st August 2021 stands postponed to Friday, 3rd September 2021.
