In respect of the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held today 28 November 2024, Rumble Resources Limited (ASX: RTR) provides in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act (Cth), the details of the resolutions and proxies received in respect of each resolution.

It is advised that all resolutions put to the meeting were carried via a poll. Please refer to detail overpage.

Rumble confims that Resolution 3 was carried by a sufficient majority as a special resolution.
