LOYALTY OPTION ENTITLEMENT OFFER – DISPATCH OF PROSPECTUS
Transcendence Technologies Limited (ASX: TTL) advises that the Prospectus in connection with its pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer as announced on 14 July 2016 (Entitlement Offer) and the Entitlement and Acceptance Forms have been dispatched to eligible shareholders today.
As previously advised, the Entitlement Offer will be conducted in accordance with the following indicative timetable:
