वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए अंतिम लाभांश

आरईसी लिमिटेड के निदेशक भंडल ने 24 जून 2023 को आयोजित अपनी बैठक में आगामी वार्षिक आम बैठक (एजीएम) में शेयरधारकों के अनुमोदन के अधीन वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए प्रत्येक ₹10/- के प्रति इक्विटी शेयर पर ₹4.36/- (चार रुपये और पैंतीस पैसे मात्र) के अंतिम लाभांश के भुगतान की सिफारिश की है। उस अंतिम लाभांश, यदि आगामी एजीएम में घोषित किया जाता है, तो एजीएम के 30 दिनों के अंदर शेयरधारकों को भुगतान कर दिया जाएगा।

निदेशक भंडल ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए अंतिम लाभांश के भुगतान हेतु शेयरधारकों की पात्रता का निर्धारण करने के लिए शुक्रवार, 14 जुलाई, 2023 को 'रिकॉर्ड तिथि' के रूप में निर्धारित किया है। आगामी एजीएम में शेयरधारकों के अनुमोदन के बाद, उस अंतिम लाभांश का भुगतान / प्रेषण 30 दिनों के अंदर उन शेयरधारकों को किया जाएगा जिनके नाम (क) इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रूप में धारित शेयरों के संबंध में 14 जुलाई, 2023 को कारोबार के अंतिम समय की समाप्ति पर डिपॉजिटरी (कंपनियों) द्वारा प्रस्तुत वितरण (विवरणों) में लाभार्थी स्वामियों के रूप में दर्शाए गए हैं; और (ख) भौतिक शेयरों के संबंध में 14 जुलाई, 2023 को सदस्यों के रजिस्टर में सदस्य के रूप में दर्ज हैं।

इसके अलावा, सेबी के दिनांक 16 मार्च, 2023 के परिपत्र के अनुसरण में कंपनी ने शेयरधारकों को, जिनके पास शेयर भौतिक रूप में हैं, उन्हें पैन कार्ड, ईमेल पता, मोबाइल नंबर, बैंक खाता और नानाकम विवरण प्रस्तुत / अद्यतन करने के लिए सूचना भेजी है। अपेक्षित सूचना प्रस्तुत करने के लिए निर्धारित फार्म संबंधी सूचना की एक प्रति तथा उस सेबी के परिपत्र की प्रति कंपनी की वेबसाइट “www.recindia.nic.in/forms” पर उपलब्ध है।

टिप्पणी: जैसा कि पूर्व में सूचित किया गया था, शेयरधारकों को अंतिम रूप से मिलने वाली लाभांश आय, आयकर के दायरे में शामिल है। तदनुसार, लाभांश का भुगतान करते समय कंपनी द्वारा आयकर अधिनियम 1961 में निर्धारित दरों के अनुसार स्रोत पर ही कर की कटौती (टीडीएस) अपेक्षित होगी। टीडीएस संबंधी प्रावधानों के अनुपालन के लिए शेयरधारकों से अनुरोध किया जाता है कि वे वार्षिक आधार पर फॉर्म 15 जी / 15 एम जमा कर दें और अपना वर्तमान आवासीय पता, पैन कार्ड का विवरण तथा आयकर अधिनियम 1961 के अनुरूप श्रेणी आदि का विवरण अपने डिपॉजिटरी प्रतिभागियों के पास अथवा कंपनी / आर एंड टीए के पास ऊपर दिए गए ई-मेल आईडी पर अद्यतन करा लें।

Notice of record date for the final dividend for FY 2022-23

The Board of Directors of REC Limited in its Board Meeting held on June 24, 2023, recommended the payment of final dividend of ₹4.35/- (Rupees Four and Thirty Five Paisa only) per equity share of ₹10/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The said final dividend, if declared at the ensuing AGM, will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of the AGM.

The Board of Directors has fixed Friday, July 14, 2023 as the 'Record date' for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of final dividend for the financial year 2022-23. After approval of the shareholders in the ensuing AGM, the said final dividend shall be paid/dispatched within 30 days to those shareholders whose names appear (a) as beneficial owners in the statement(s) furnished by the depository(ies) as on the close of business hours on July 14, 2023 in respect of shares held in electronic form; and (b) as members in the register of members on July 14, 2023 in respect of physical shares.

Further, pursuant to SEBI Circular dated March 16, 2023, the Company has sent intimations to the shareholders, who are holding shares in physical form to furnish/update PAN, email address, mobile number, bank account and nomination details. A copy of intimation, prescribed Forms for submission of requisite information and said SEBI Circular are available on the website of the Company at "www.recindia.nic.in/forms".

Further, investors are also advised to approach the IEPF Authority for claiming unpaid/unclaimed amounts, if any, relating to interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16 or any earlier dividends, which have already been transferred to IEPF.
