महोदय/ महोदया,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its Order bearing F. No. 46/2/2010-RE(Vol.III) (Part-4) (Part-1) dated April 17, 2025, has conveyed the re-appointment of Dr. Gambheer Singh and Dr. (Smt.) Durgesh Nandini as Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Directors on the Board of REC Limited (“REC”/ “the Company”) for a period of one year with effect from the date of notification of their appointment or until further orders.
Further, as per the declarations received from Dr. Gambheer Singh and Dr. (Smt.) Durgesh Nandini, they are not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI Order or order of any other authority. Brief profile and other requisite details of above said Directors are enclosed herewith at Annexure-1.
