Martin Hoffman Resigns as Director of realestate.com.au Limited

The Board is sad to announce that Martin Hoffman has resigned as a Director of realestate.com.au I imited.

On the 4^th November 2005 it was announced that Martin Hoffman intended to resign as a Director due to the sale of ninemsn Pty Ltd's shareholding in realestate.com.au Limited. In the intervening period Martin has been assisting with the preparation of the rights issue that is intended to be released to the market at the end of April.

The Board is extremely grateful for the contribution of Martin over the last 3 years and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
